Striking narrow, grass-like yellow striped variegated foliage. Pale violet-blue flowers appear above foliage in late spring. Blue berries follow in summer. Dramatic in natural gardens and mass plantings. Foliage contrasts well against very large-leafed, shade-loving shrubs and bronzy-colored plants. Other varieties available with silver or gold leaf variegation. Can be used as a pot plant in colder areas.
