TIPS FOR SUCCESS

Fertilize with Espoma Rose-tone, Nelson's Color Star, starting Mid February right after the first pruning.

Pruning should be done around Valentines Day. Prune down to about 12". Cut out diseased or unwanted canes.

DO NOT PLANT IN AREAS WITH HEAVY DEER POPULATIONS!

Do preventative sprays with a good synthetic fungicide or a good organic fungicide like neem oil before heavy or prolonged rain events and cloudy damp weather to keep the foliage relatively free of "black Spot" and other common rose diseases.
